The Property in Detail
3 bedroom family villa overlooking the pool, 900m to the beach. This is a quiet family focused complex which is gated, safe and secure.
Here is an overview of what you would expect in each part of the house.
Living Area

The dining area has an extendable table with 4 chairs and a side board.

The lounge area has a coffee table, air conditioning unit and corner sofa to relax and unwind. The sofa converts to a bed if needed.
There is also a smart TV with a USB port for if you want to connect a firestick. PLEASE NOTE - The TV is not connected to UK or Spanish channels. There is Netflix and Disney channel on the Smart TV. There is Wi-Fi throughout the property.
Kitchen

The American style kitchen has a microwave, oven and hob, fridge, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, iron, tea towels and plenty of crockery and cooking utensils.
There is an ironing board, clothes dryer, hoover and cleaning equipment also available. It is fully equipped to ensure you have a hassle free stay.​​
Bedrooms

The main bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets, and chest of drawers. This room has french doors which leads to the balcony. A hairdryer is also supplied for guests' use. The bedroom has an en-suite bathroom.

The second bedroom has 2 single beds, bedside cabinet and fitted wardrobe. Additional bedding and blankets can be found in wardrobes in bedroom 2. This bedroom has an en-suite shower room.

The third bedroom has a double bed and fitted wardrobe. This bedroom has an en-suite shower room. This room also has french doors to the large roof terrace.

All three bedrooms have an air-conditioning unit that cools the room down in less than 5 minutes.

Patio, Terrace and Balcony
​
The house has a large spacious patio to the front and a small patio area to the rear. Both are enclosed by walls and a gate. There is a patio table with two chairs, sofa and a parasol.

There is a first floor balcony to the front of the house enabling full view of the pool area.
​
​
There is also a large terrace, making it ideal for outdoor dining and enjoying the sun.

The Pool and Garden
​
The communal pool is directly in front of the patio gate and has a children’s paddling pool connected at one end.

There is a garden area to the right with a picnic table. There is ample room around to pool to sit down.
