Payment

 

Payments are to be made by bank transfer - 50% upon booking, final 50% 8 weeks prior to rental.

Deposit

​

A refundable deposit of £100 is payable to cover any breakages or loss of keys.

Pre arrival and departure cleans

​

80 Euros is payable to the keyholder on arrival to cover pre-arrival and departure cleans and rental of bedding and towels.

​

Please note, it is expected that the property is kept in a habitable condition during your stay and brushes, mops and cleaning materials are available to keep it this way.

​

The cleaner does a quick tidy, clean and bed change but is not expected to deep clean after your stay.

Key collection

Collection of keys is from a neighbour at a time that is convenient to you. Please arrange this directly with her.
